Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/D)
We depart our hotel for the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam, after that we will visit War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office. In the afternoon we will visit Ben Thanh market, Thien Hau pagoda which was built in the early 19th century Cholon, China town. We will head back
to the hotel after visiting Giac Lam pagoda, one of the oldest and finest pagodas in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Cai Be (B/D)
Our representative will transfer you to Renaissance hotel, where our Jahan Cruise guide will meet and brief us on our route. We will depart to Mekong Delta around 1:00pm by coach, travelling 70 km south by land to My Tho to embark our boutique ship. Enjoy a welcome drink as the ship steadily glides along the Mekong. We will bathe in the fading sunset
on the balcony until our welcome dinner.
Day 4: Cai Be - Sa Dec - Chau Doc (B/L/D)
The day’s tour starts with a visit to Cai Be’s boisterous and colorful floating market on board a traditional sampan.
During the time on the cruise, you will get the chance to observe the unique making of traditional Vietnam Desserts. Following
the tour of the canals, we head to an ancient house surrounded by local fruit orchards before heading to Sa Dec, where
we embark a traditional sampan to tour Binh Thanh Islands. Into the evening, the cruise will take us to Chau Doc
Day 5: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (B/L/D)
The day will begin with a short excursion in Chau Doc,
a pleasant town near the Cambodian border. We will also
visit the colorful local market near an ancient temple. This is followed by a trip to the quay, where we will be feted to a boat excursion to the floating villages and rustic catfish farms.
By mid-afternoon, we will make our way to the border for
Phnom Penh. It is an opportune time to relax on-board.
Day 6: Phnom Penh (B/L/D)
This morning we will visit the dazzling white and gold edifice of the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda, and witness the exceptionally beautiful Khmer craft at the National Museum. After dining at a local restaurant for lunch, we will visit the Genocide museum and the Killing Field in town. We then go head back on board to refresh and prepare for an exciting evening event of cocktail and Apsara dance performance.
Day 7: Phnom Penh - Kampong Cham (B/L/D)
We will depart before the break of dawn with a stop at Chong Koh silk weaving village and then continue to past Mekong’s exhilarating river life. We will then tour the rural Angkor Ban village where time stood still and we can take part in the daily activities of the villagers. Then, back to the ship to cruise towards Kampong Cham.
Day 8: Kampong Cham - Wat Hanchey (B/L/D)
The morning we will embark on a land journey to the pre- Angkorian temple of Wat Hanchey, located at the top of a hill overlooking the river with one of the most breath-taking views in Cambodia. Built in the 8th century with superb architecture of the Chenla Empire.Then return to the ship to witness a blessing ceremony performed by orange-clad local monks.
We will then cruise towards Kampong Cham to visit Wat Nokor,
a wat built within the ruins of an ancient temple which holds
a timeless story.
Day 9: Kampong Cham - Kampong Chhang (B/L/D)
We will set sail towards Kampong Chhnang on the Tonle Sap River - an amazingly narrow river. We will approach Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia’s ‘waterworld’ where everything is on stilts balanced on rich water rich soil. Here we take a short bus trip
to see the Khmer-styled pottery at the Aundaung Russey village. Then, it is back to the river for an adventurous motorboat excursion
to the wetlands, floating houses and fish farms in the region.
We will then cruise down the narrow and meandering Tonle Sap while enjoying lunch.
Day 10: Tole Sap - Siem Reap (B/D)
Our cruise aboard Jahan Cruise comes to an end as we reach Siem Reap Port. Enjoy a free morning around Siem Reap before heading to the largest and most complete structure of Angkor Wat. We will explore the massive monument, galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. Enjoy the late afternoon sunset
at Phnom Bakheng Temple.
Day 11: Siem Reap (B/L/D)
Today we begin with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, Baphoun, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of Elephant and the Terrace of
Leper King. In the afternoon, we will follow on to visit Ta Prom temple, Banteay Kdei, Takeo, and Srah Srang Terrace. Dinner with a Cambodian traditional dance show at local restaurant.
Day 12: Siem Reap (B)
Enjoy free time until the transfer to airport for departure flight.

We will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Majestic Hotel. Our chef will join you to a cyclo trip to Ben Thanh market for fresh ingredients before we go back to Majestic Hotel to start cooking. The chef will guide you to cook authentic Vietnamese dishes which will be selected by you. Enjoy your lunch with the dishes made. Day 3: Vinh Long - Chau Doc
Over land trip to Vinh Long town (in Mekong Delta), we take a boat ride to experience life of Cai Be floating market with locals selling, buying and exchanging goods from their boats. We will visit orchard and rice paper making shop. Stop for Vietnamese lunch including tropical fruits. After lunch we will take a boat trip through local village to see peaceful tranquil life of villagers, islands and cross Mekong River to Vinh Long. Transfer to Chau Doc by car. (B/L)
Day 4: Chau Doc - Ho Chi Minh City
This morning we will take a row boat to visit floating houses with caged fish breeding, Lady Chua Xu Temple. We will have lunch before leaving for Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner at Chinese restaurant. (B/L/D)
Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City - Hue
After breakfast, we take a flight to Hue. Transfer to hotel. After you have freshened up, we will take a tour of Hue City. Lunch at Tropical Garden Restaurant, the rest of your day is free. (B/L)
Day 6: Hue
Breakfast at hotel, we will start the day visiting local market in Hue, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local seller and purchase some of ingredients for cooking class. The class will be at Tinh Gia Vien Restaurant, our chef will teach you how to cook Vietnamese Royal dishes. After cooking class, we can enjoy what we have cooked. The afternoon is free. (B/L)
Day 7: Hue - Danang - Hoi An
After breakfast, we will travel across Hai Van Pass to Hoi An, on the way we’ll visit China Beach, Cham museum and Marble mountain in Danang. Lunch at Brother Cafe. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Hoi An ancient town by yourself. (B/L)
Day 8: Hoi An
Breakfast at hotel, we will take a walking tour around Hoi An, experiencing the narrow lanes and historic architecture, old houses and Japanese bridge. Lunch at Ngoc Tuyet Garden Restaurant. Afternoon, we take a boat trip on the graceful Thu Bon River to visit the traditional ceramic and carpentry villages. Dinner at Tam Tam Café & Bar. (B/L/D)
Day 9: Hoi An
After breakfast, our local guide will take a ride with us by bicycle to the home of a local craftsman in the old streets. We will have a brief introduction to the history, shape, and colour of the lanterns as well as the many stages of making them. We will have the opportunity to make our own lantern and keep it as a souvenir. After that we will learn to cook traditional Hoi An food, and enjoy we cooked. After lunch we will be shown how to decorate and pack the lantern, before returning to Hoi An by bicycle. (B/L)
