Deposit and balance
A non-refundable deposit of AUD $200.00 per person must be received by VN Holidays within 7 days of confirmation of your booking. The deposit is non refundable if travel is not undertaken. Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before departure. Once documents have been issued, prior to departure, a minimum of $250.00 cancellation fee will be charged. There are no refunds after the departure date. Late booking fee of $20 will be charged if booking is made within 5 days of departure.

Hotel accommodation
Twin share accommodation is based on share of twin or double-bedded room as allocated by the supplier. Single accommodation must be reserved by people travelling alone and is subject to the payment of applicable supplement.

Land only, service fee and cancellation
If booking land only, a minimum of 3 nights is required per booking or a $25 service fee will apply. Hotel properties reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night after reservation has been confirmed.

Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. VN Holidays can arrange this for you.

Tour cancellation
VN Holidays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should the minimum numbers for a particular trip not be reached, VN Holidays reserves the right to recost the tour based on number of participants or offer an alternative.

Health and visas
You are responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by laws, regulations and requirement of the countries visited or transited.

Airfares
Subject to airline rules and tariffs. Non endorsable, cancellation penalties apply, no refund or extensions after ticket issued, reroute restricted, rebook restricted. Please ask your travel agent to explain full details.
